After earning her Diplôme de Cuisine in Culinary Arts & Hospitality Management at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in London, Natalia honed her craft in some of the most demanding environments in Europe.
Great Britain. London. She launched her own catering company, Cupiton LTD in London, delivering hot breakfasts daily to construction crews and financial firms – scaling operations to serve 100+ clients with zero delays while emphasizing fresh, locally sourced ingredients and seasonal menu innovation.
London. Floriana Restaurant 5 Star – Commis Chef, it further sharpened her mastery of high-pressure service, exacting recipes, and stunning presentation.
Ireland. Dublin. Michelin-starred Clarence Hotel and Restaurant Tea Room: As Room Service and Breakfast Chef / Kitchen Manager, she led operations for up to 150 daily orders, perfecting à la carte dishes, portion control, and waste reduction strategies that cut costs without ever compromising quality.
